The D.E.A.P. Institute? What’s That?
Established in May 2023, D.E.A.P. Institute is Developing Entrepreneurs And People. As a new 501(3)(c) organization backed by leading professionals, entrepreneurs, and small businesses, we stand as a dedicated platform for entrepreneurial and professional education in the areas of Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Math (S.T.E.A.M). We are strategically based in the DC Metropolitan Area, a location that grants us easy access to a rich variety of business sectors and professionals.
MISSION STATEMENT
The Developing Entrepreneurs And People (D.E.A.P.) Institute mission is to provide professional development, programs, resources and support to individuals in the areas of S.T.E.A.M. (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, Math), Entrepreneurship, and Business with a primary focus on underrepresented BIPOC Communities.

Our overarching mission is to demolish hurdles that limit entrepreneurial endeavors and to construct an inclusive arena where business leaders from every walk of life can thrive. We extend a full array of educational materials, expert guidance, and practical tools aimed at fortifying entrepreneurs for sustainable achievement.

Our fundamental view is that every entrepreneur, whether established, just starting out, or aspiring deserves the opportunity to succeed. We also pour into and support individuals who are looking to grow and enhance their skills within S.T.E.A.M. based industries. Yes, you read right! Individuals! D.E.A.P. has programs for individuals of all ages! With that in mind, our curriculum and programs aim to bring out the best in everyone who involved with D.E.A.P.
